Spindle Repair Process involves following steps: Check: Upon receiving the spindle for repair, Before dismantling the spindle, it is visually inspected to check signs of external damage, and we try to find out the reasons of failure of the spindle.
Disassemble: Our Technicians carefully disassemble the spindle. After ultrasonic cleaning, each part of the spindle is polished to remove contamination or rust, & each part is washed and dried to bring it to stage of part inspection.
Inspection: Each part is carefully inspected and noted to find if the part is reusable or need to repair or there is requirement to replace it.
Report submission: The gathered information after inspection is submitted to the customer for the approval to rectify.
Balancing: All the rotating parts of the spindle are dynamically balanced.
Manufacturing of New parts: Our state of art manufacturing facility, and skilled operators are capable to manufacture the damaged parts within the permissible accuracies.
Parts Inspection: New parts which are manufactured in place of the older parts are further inspected by quality personnel.
Assembly: In Ultra precision, Dust free, Air conditioned environment, The spindle’s parts are assembled. We claim the concentricity accuracy of our assembled spindles within 0.002 mm ( 2 microns).
Testing: After assembly the spindle is tested on load so that real time behavior of the spindle would be known. Spindle vibration behaviours are noted like Acceleration test, Velocity test, Displacements Test, Bearing shock tests are done to ensure the spindle is o in all respects.
Ready to Deliver: High Quality standards are maintained in packing and shipping process. Your spindle is wrapped in non-reactive material and encased in foam. High-strength shipping cartons are used for added protection during your spindle's trip back to you. For heavier spindles, special wooden boxes are used to pack.
